Cancellation Policy

Please reach out to me and provide a 24-hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given, 100% of the full price of the appointment will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the full session price. There is no fee for cancellations and rescheduling outside of 24 hours of the appointment time! Medical emergencies and Covid-19 exposures are exempt from the policies above, I ask that you please demonstrate honesty.

COVID-19

I take the health of our community seriously and ask that all clients please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling under the weather. Please wait at least one week after presenting with COVID-19 to book your session. All fabrics are laundered and all surfaces are sanitized thoroughly between clients. Masking is optional at this time for clients, practitioner masking will match the client’s comfort and preference.
